The Comb3™ by WirEng® is a three-way, wide band, bidirectional RF signal combiner for adding RF signals in-phase. Because of its ultra wide operating frequency range, the Comb3™ can be used in virtually any cellular/data band, including (but not limited to) 3G, 3.5G, 4G, HSPA, 4G WiMax, 4G LTE, 4G AWS, 4G XLTE, WiMax, and with many other applications in the 450 MHz to 6000 MHz range. The connectors are N female (notice that standard antennas normally have an N-female connector as well, so for DIY projects you will need three N-Male to N-Male barrel adapters, which are not included). The Comb3™ are made one by one with highly skilled craftsmanship and include a one-year warranty period.

  • The Comb3™ can be used to add identical-antenna signals to obtain more gain (if both antennas are identical and point in the same direction) or to make a multi-antenna system that aim in different directions.
  • Since the Comb3™ has very little insertion loss, multiple Comb3™ can be used together for complex antenna arrays, depending on your particular needs.
  • When the Comb3™ is used to divide the RF signal into three equal parts, each part will be one-third of the signal level, plus a minimum insertion loss of 0.2 dB per each connector.
