One-Year Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Our new products are covered by a one-year limited warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. This period is extended by one day for each day that the product is kept by us or the manufacturer for warranty repair.
2. This limited warranty is non-transferable. Only the original purchaser is entitled to it.
3. This limited warranty is only valid in the USA and Canada.
4. Eligible products will either be repaired or replaced, at our sole discretion, with parts and labor free to the customer. Warranty
does not apply to defects in appearance that could take place after the first
thirty (30) days of usage. Best Cellular Distributor sole liability will be on the cash value of the product at the time it is returned for warranty repair, which will be determined by how long the user
kept the product before returning it, calculated in a linear way (for example, a $10 product returned after 11 months will only have a $0.83 value, since it's been
unused for 1 - 11/12 = 8.3% of the warranty period). These remedies are the only remedies that our customers
have.
5. Shipping charges of a defective item back to us for warranty repair or replacement must be taken care of by the customer. Shipping of the repaired or replaced product back to the customer will be on us.
6. There will be no benefits or coverage if the customer subjects the product to abnormal usage, conditions, improper storage, modifications, improper installation, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, or damage caused by shipping (in the case of shipping damage, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier jointly with
us within seven days from receipt).
7. We shall not be liable for punitive or consequential damages under any
circumstances. Customer's only recourse in the case of a defect is what is described in this warranty statement.
8. Before retuning a defective product to us, you must obtain our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us
via email. Packages with no RMA number will be refused and returned to you
(notice that your carrier may impose a returned-package fee on you)

90-Day Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. For products (such as batteries) covered by our 90-day limited warranty,
this time period will be extended by one day for each day that the product is kept by us or the manufacturer for warranty repair.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions
1. Only some of our products are eligible for the 30-day money back guarantee.
Please refer to the item's page to verify if an item is eligible for this
warranty.
2. For eligible items, should you want to return our product to us for any reason, simply

us to obtain our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Only eligible (see "1." above), unused, complete, unopened products, or opened but in mint conditions and returned within
two days of receipt will qualify for the 100% money back guarantee. Used products will incur a 25% restocking fee. Incomplete products will incur a 30% or more restocking and re-packaging fee. Shipping and handling charges
will not be refunded (this is because if you received defective merchandise will

Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions
