If your phone has no antenna port, or if your phone's antenna's port was deemed unusable by our Engineering Team, we will include a velcro adapter along with the direct-connection adapter, at no extra charge. Notice that on some devices the antenna port is located beneath the battery door or beneath the back case, and you may have to disassemble your device and drill a hole for easier access to this port. In some very rare cases, a device antenna port may be located under the battery; if that is your case, we will also include a velcro adapter at no extra charge.
