International Shipping Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Do you ship to any country in the word?
A. Yes, we will ship to any country except where forbidden by US Law.
Q. How do
you calculate shipping and handling charges?
A. We
charge a reasonable, non-negotiable flat-rate shipping and handling charge per
item, and, unlike other sellers, we will ship as soon as we possibly can at no
additional charge. (Other sellers, especially big corporations, may ship many
days from payment unless you pay them an additional hefty "rush
shipping" charge.)
Q. I live in a USA Possession/Territory. Am I considered an international
customer?
A. For most USA possessions and territories,
you will be considered a Domestic customer, and no Taxes/Duties/Fee will be
applicable. Please see our Domestic Shipping F.A.Q.
page.
Q. Which shipping carrier do you use for international shipments?
A. Since most of our products are very small and light, we use the
US Postal
Service Airmail to ship your order in most cases. With some high-value
orders, and at our sole discretion,
we may also use FedEx.
Q. Who will pay Taxes/Duties/Fees (if any)?
A. You, our international customer, agree to pay any Taxes, Duties, and/or Fees
imposed by your Federal, State, and/or Local authorities as a condition of
receipt of merchandise.
Q. Can you ship to an address different than my Google account address?
A. We strictly adhere to the Google Checkout Policies, thus we will only ship to
the address provided to us by Google. Please change your shipping address within
your Google account before completing your purchase with us if you want us to
ship to a different address.
Q. Do you combine shipping charges if I purchase multiple
items?
A. At this time, you will only get a discount if you purchase a quantity greater
than one of the exact same item. If you plan to purchase many different items
(ten or more), you may want to contact
us for a personalized quote.
Q. I just completed my payment. How long will it take
before you ship my order?
A. Please read the product availability status below the Buy It Now line in the
item's page, but in the vast majority of cases, we will ship within one
business day from your payment (please notice that we do not ship on
Saturdays, Sundays, and during Federal Holidays). If you ordered merchandise
that requires special assembly and/or testing, such as data suites, batteries,
or very hard to find items in general, we will ship within 2-4 business days
from your order. If you purchased items items that are of "foreign"
origin (that is, accessories for foreign cellular phone models, for example),
then we may ship after 5-8 business days. Please email us using the link on the
item's page if you need to know how long it will take to ship before your
purchase.
Q. Will my credit/debit card be charged immediately upon completing payment?
A. No. Unlike other companies, your card will not be charged until the day we
ship (or the day before we ship in some cases). Notice, however, that with
some cards (especially debit cards), an authorization may look as a charge to
you. The difference between an authorization and a charge is that an authorization
will "disappear" (and the funds will be released) unless we do ship
within the allotted time, in which case the authorization will be replaced by
the actual charge associated with the actual day we charged, not authorized,
your card.
Q. I just received confirmation of shipment from you. How long will it take to
receive my order?
A. Transit times vary greatly depending on which country you live in, and can
take up to 49 days. If you live in Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain,
Holland, Portugal, Spain, or Sweden, for example, you should receive regular
airmail packages within 1-3 weeks. If you live in Canada, transit times will
greatly vary depending on your province, say 2-5 weeks. If you live in
Greece, Italy, or Portugal, it may take up to 7 weeks to receive your regular
airmail package (even more in some cases). As far as Latin America, it will
usually take 2-7 weeks for your order to arrive.
Q. Can I track my international shipment online?
A. No, international shipments cannot be tracked. We will, however, save an
official Postal Service receipt as proof of mailing in case of loss or damage.
Q. My order is small, but I still want to upgrade to International Priority
Mail. Is it possible?
A. If the total value of your order is $20 or higher, you may request Priority shipping for an additional charge. We will send you a Google Checkout Invoice to
take care of the extra shipping charges and we will ship the same day if paid by
2pm CST. Please understand, however, that if there is a problem with your order
and a replacement is needed, we will only be able to send a replacement using
regular, not overnight, airmail.
Q. Can you ship using my own UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. account?
A. Unless you have applied and been approved for a international corporate account with us, we
will not be able to ship using your own UPS/FedEx/DHL account. Please email
us to apply for an international corporate account if your company plans to purchase
from us on a regular basis.
If you still have questions about
international shipping, you're welcome to
email
us (your email address and
other info is fully protected by our privacy policy).
