Cellular Headsets Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How do I know if my device has a standard or proprietary headset jack?
A. If your cellular phone or device did not come with a headset adapter, then it is always best to select "Proprietary" for your headset jack type, just to be on the safe side. We will know which headset to send you, and email you first if your selection is ambiguous (for example, if your device has two different ways to connect to a corded headset) or for any other issues.

Q. Do you sell BlueTooth headsets?
A. We currently do not, because of the enormous amount of counterfeited BlueTooth headsets in the market today, and the fact that many sellers are unaware that they're actually selling counterfeited items (that's one example of why technological expertise is a must for sellers of hi-tech products). If you plan to purchase a BlueTooth headset, please exercise caution (especially if the price is "too good to be true"), as counterfeited BlueTooth headsets will always under-perform.

Q. How long is the warranty on your headsets?
A. Our headsets are guaranteed for one year unless otherwise stated on the item's page. Please see our Warranty rules for details.

Q. I am partially hearing impaired, but I don't want to use (expensive) hearing-impaired headsets. Do you have any headset that is loud enough for me?
A. Yes, our loudest headsets are our Operator Headsets and Jabra EarWave Headsets. If you purchase one of these headsets, please remember that our liability is limited to the replacement of a defective product, and that you're solely responsible for protecting your auditory organs by using these headsets in a responsible and cautious way (always start from the lowest volume settings on your cell phone and increase it if necessary, but remember that the audio volume varies greatly from carrier to carrier and cell phone model to cell phone model).

If you still have questions about our headsets, you're welcome to email us (your email address and other info is fully protected by our privacy policy).
