Q. Do you guarantee that the power cells in your batteries are made of Lithium-Ion?
A. Yes, as long as you don't have a "retro" (very old) phone model, the battery you'll receive from us will be made of Li-Ion power cells.

Q. Are your batteries genuine OEM or after-market? 
A. In many cases, according to availability and at our sole discretion, we will send you brand new, original OEM batteries. Even if you receive a generic, non-OEM battery, however, we still guarantee near-OEM performance.

Q. How long is the warranty on a battery?
A. Batteries are guaranteed for 90 days from the day you receive them. Please see our Warranty rules for details.

Q. Do you guarantee that I will achieve the talk and standby times described in my device's specifications with your battery?
A. No, because those specs are "theoretical" and affected by too many different factors in order to be taken literally. In most cases, you will be able to contact the original manufacturer if you receive an OEM battery, or can expect a near OEM performance (say 80%) if you received a non-OEM product.
